We are a small, local producer of high quality free range chicken (some of our birds are sold to Harrods' Food Hall). We grow our birds slowly in open green pasture. The Weaver Mill Guinea Fowl is fantastic. It may be a a little more than their chicken but I would recommend it. It was a very meaty bird full of texture and flavour. A must for everyone to try. A1 star as they say
One of the best chickens I have ever had. Even my mother said it tasted like they did years ago. ( she is also a farmers daughter who grew there own ) Would recommend to anyone. The lady who sold me my chicken was a real gem, very helpfull. I would say real value for the product. Well done Weaver Mill. I will be back
