Thaymar Real Luxury Dairy Ice Cream and Real Fruit Sorbets have been made at Haughton Park Farm since 1988. Thelma and Martin Cheetham found that due to the introduction of milk quotas they were producing too much milk. So with Thelma's passion for good home produced food and Martins diversification idea, Thaymar Real Dairy Ice Cream was born.
My family have been visiting this Farm to purchase the ice cream for years. It is of an extremely high standard and has more and more flavours to choose from over 30. There is also a farm shop and tea room now open there to enjoy. Highly recommended this ice cream is in a different league to any you can buy in the shops. They now supply several restaurants in the area.
Blackmore Farm Shop - Bridgwater
Blackmore Farm has some pretty willow baskets, local produce, cider (ooo the cider!) and afternoon tea in the cafe area with homemade cakes is a must, the ice cream is beautiful too! Plus if you can't get enough you could always stay in one of their holiday apartments and sample the bed and breakfast!.
