We run an Organic veg box scheme, and a veg delivery scheme for people with mobility difficulties, which is just a small part of what we do here at Sound Bites Organic & Wholefood shop. We sell Organic fruit and veg sourced from 4 local farms and from elsewhere, choosing local and uk whenever we can. Other organic produce includes: organic grains, pulses, dried fruit & nuts (in biodegradable packaging), Excellent in-house hummus, deli sandwiches, salads & soups, and a vast array of other tasty organic and fair trade delights!
