All these factors join together to create award winning cheese, spanning from its native Lancashire with its creamy, crumbly and tasty, to a mild cheddar, a buttery Double Gloucester, a smooth Red Leicester and finally a creamy, unique sheep’s cheese, using local milk from local farm.
All county varieties and produced under organic standards to the highest quality but still made in the traditional way – by hand and all of them are waxed.
